Job description for Sr. Unit Manager - Agency Channel:

Vertical - Health Insurance

Roles & Responsibilities: -

Recruiting and Managing team of financial advisors/agents.

Manager completes life cycle of agents e.g., Training the partners on our app for servicing their customers in most efficient and effective manner.

Driving partners for higher pocket share with us and focus on renewals. Understand and align with the company's policies.

Maintain a high level of business hygiene

Required Candidate profile:
Education: Full Time HSC or Diploma or Graduation

Years of exp: 1 years of relevant experience in BFSI Industry

CTC: Up to 5.5.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
Job Type: Full Time-On Roll

Age Limit 40 years
