We are looking for intelligent, quality conscious, self-motivated individuals with a flair for writing. Creation of e-learning courses requires understanding the topic, conceptualizing, writing a script, storyboarding, and giving form to your concepts using rapid authoring tools. Requirements: 1. Impeccable spoken and written English and comprehension 2. Ability to research and understand diverse topics 3. Ability to apply creativity in communicating difficult concepts in easy and highly engaging manner 4. Comfort with learning to use new software as an end-user. Training will be provided 5. Self-motivated and requiring minimum supervision 6. Prior hands on experience in developing elearning artifacts is desirable but not required if you are a fast learner Responsibilities: 7. Independently manage and successfully deliver e-learning content development projects within the constraints of time and quality 8. Coordinate between external SMEs, clients and internal team members 9. Communicate with corporate whistle-blowers, as required Timings: We are currently hiring in the afternoon shift - from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm
