We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele in B2B lead generation.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Sell all data-centric solutions to key lead generation decision-makers within agencies, publishers and enterprise prospects.
- Lead generation via aggressive prospecting.
- Contract development and execution.
- Cross and up-sell (where appropriate).
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising technology
- •Must be able to generate imaginative, innovative solutions that meet the needs of marketers. Must be a strategic thinker/solution seller using a different approach with the same tools to meet the needs of each unique customer.
- Able to work independently without constant direction or supervision, self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic to continually strive to put forth extra effort.
- Ability to generate imaginative, innovative solutions to meet the needs of marketers.
- Must be a strategic thinker/solution seller and bring integrated solutions to each unique customer situation in different ways using the same tools.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and monitor all activity and performance against goals.
- Skilled at developing leads (cold calling) across departments at target companies.
- Possess thorough knowledge of inner workings within enterprise accounts, i.e. multiple departments and decision makers and appropriate solutions.

- Good experience in handling End to End salesKey Account Management/ RetentionLead Generation, Pipeline Building, and Client Relationship Management, Setting up ODC Service, Account Management, and Client ServicingRelevant work experienceInternational Sales/New Business development/marketing Aptitude. Basic IT know-how i.e. understanding application of Information Technology Prior inside sales/marketing experience will be an added advantage.

- Work extensively on New Business Acquisition and Responsible for Business Development activities in US Australia, Middle East, APAC Region, and Europe markets ,Bringing in Requirement for Technical discussion and Analysis on various topics of sales Engaging and interacting with C Level CEO, CIO, CTO, or V or D level.Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; negotiating on contracts and proposals.Cross selling and up selling different products and enhance existing relationships skillfully.Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.Driving internal process for International functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to develop new services, Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will lead to an increase in sales Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators Communicating with Key Decision Makers /influencers to promote the services
