Job Details

Marketing Operations Analyst to provide Marketing Resource Management (MRM) project management and customer support functions – helping to improve operational efficiencies, data consistency/accuracy, and compliance in support of strategic objectives across the Revenue Operations organization. Candidate to suggest and propose business practice and process improvements when applicable. Develop, communicate, and train the organization on business practices and processes as needed.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Development, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, and Purchasing to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Additionally, collect input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance metrics. Provide updates to management regarding budgets to actuals, informing them of deviations and opportunities to spend against budget more efficiently/effectively.

Job responsibilities vary, requiring independent judgement and frequently directing projects, reports, and initiatives. Attention to detail is essential – will include data collection, organization, and presentation skills in spreadsheet format. Follow-up abilities are required to obtain information from internal and external sources and have data errors/omissions repaired. Excel skills are necessary to generate essential reports for company stakeholders. Strong relationship management abilities are required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to connect with management and internal users. 5 years of related work experience is required.
