• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
• Manage the entire warehouse/logistics operations and handling partners/service providers from shipment receipts to, order management and Inventory management to, order fulfilment.
• Maintain and responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations
• Receiving of raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain the Inward register, stock ledger for all materials
• Storage of materials as per their storage condition
• Sending intimation for analysis to QC
• Shall be required to work closely with the production sections and dispensing of materials as per the request received from production sections
• Preparation of dispatch related documents, and other communications
• Handling of Returned goods and Rejected Materials as per procedure
• Maintaining all warehouse SOP related formats and records
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases

• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Responsible for implementation of warehouse best practices specific to Manufacturing industries
• Responsible for Warehouse layout planning to optimize the space utilization and Drive warehouse efficiency matrix
• Responsible for handling all activities linked to Supply Chain Operations in the assigned warehouse which encompasses Inwards, Material Management, Inventory management including stock reconciliation.
