Roles and Responsibilities

• Technical Recruiter should be able to screen resumes, perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's abilities and should be able to get the authentication done by getting the required documents from the candidate
• Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT & NON-IT Technologies.
• Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD's, H1B TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp)
• Experience in recruiting, H1B's, Citizens, GC's.
• Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, JobDiva or .and LinkedIn.
• Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
• Proven history of building qualified and diversified pipelines of technical architects, team leads, and experienced software engineers
• A vast and developed network to talent within the software and infrastructure engineering world - or the proven desire to dig in and build one.
• Experience and desire to be the go to delivering the toughest projects in an agile, rapidly changing environment.
• Accomplished achievements in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean searching, experience with a wide array of specialized sourcing tools, and a deep understanding of the primary resource sites, code repositories, groups, discussion forums, and conferences most frequented by software engineers.

• Willing to work in US timings/Night Shift (CST time zone)
• Good Communication Skills
• Have a genuine interest in and strong understanding of the software industry and its language
