  • Work on IT implementation project to implement and run the Siemens Incentive Compensation management (ICM) system based on SAP Commissions
  • Specify functional and non-functional ICM requirements, support design reviews, within the architectural solutions and align these with the international agile development team for selected ICM Processes and Capabilities such as:
    • Reports and analytics
    • Modeling and forecasting
    • Plan document Approval Workflows
    • Inquiry and Dispute
  • Support Trainings
  • Overcome technical challenges by finding innovative solutions

Use your skills to move the world forward.

  • You have successfully completed university degree in Information Technology or similar
  • You have extensive experience delivering IT services and/or projects, as well as in working with and managing suppliers in complex IT project for large-scale global enterprise environments
  • You have many years of experience in managing IT Services with System Integrators
  • You have proven ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical IT specifications and contractual language with the needed curiosity to question things
  • Experience in ICM services, knowing ERP, CRM Sales Order processes and Sales Planning topics based is a plus.
  • You have proven ability to identify critical requirement information across ICM and peripheral source processes and systems. You can evaluate potential implications associated with them and contribute to solutions.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships with internal and external counterparts.
  • You have strong team player skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Proactive team worker, with excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Solid commercial, numerical and analytical skills.
  • Business (contract and negotiation) fluent in English, German is a plus.
