Vendor Manager

• Responsible for sourcing and on boarding a vendor

• Initiate the cases to PAN India Vendor (Other than local and branch location)
• Request quotations, negotiations and closing contracts within TAT

• Coordination with Vendors and complete the Assign tasks within TAT

• Responsible to initiate and receive verification on time

• VMA will check for the location and vendor availability and initiate the cases

• Submission of MIS to Management on requirement

• Cross Audit of Vendor Performance and accuracy

• Invoicing and validating the billing of vendors
• Meet with suitable vendors to assess their services, inquire about their services, negotiate price and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
• Conduct research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
• Monitor vendors to ensure compliance with company policies
