Job Details
  • Process Company's Payroll Every Pay Day.
  • Maintain Payroll Processing System & Records by Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets, Calculating, & Inputting Data.
  • Calculate Incentive, Bonuses and Other Allowances
  • Prepare employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
  • Should be good with HRMIS.
  • Generation of Reports as per Process & asked by Reporting Manager.
  • Good Knowledge on Statutory Payments.
  • Receive & Co-ordinate requests for Leave & Other Absences.
  • Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations, such as ESI, PF, PT, & BONUS.
  • Enter new employees data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
  • Honour Confidentiality of Employees Pay Records.
  • Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
