Responsibilities:

• Responsible for lead generation
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
• Convincing prospective clients through reassurance - Highly persuasive
• Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities

Skills and Requirements:

• Languages - Tamil or Kannada or Telugu (based on location) and English are a must.
• Other languages would be an added bonus.
• Good communication, presentation and retention skills.
• A knack for establishing good rapport with customers
• Dynamic, persuasive, self-initiator and result-oriented
• Strong Communication skills and should be presentable
• Good experience in sales
• Must have a bike to travel
• Personal integrity

Good to have:

• Sales experience in Gold Loan Sales NBFC/ Banking/ Credit Card/ Sim Card Sales
