Job Responsibilities:

For Service Engineers/Junior Engineers/Technicians:
• Service Support: Responsible for providing periodic maintenance services, timely resolution for equipment malfunction, troubleshooting and repair of electronic and electromechanical equipment onsite service.
• Preventive, Corrective maintenance & repairing of Biomedical Equipment.
• Coordinate with service OEMs for breakdown, calibration and collection of service reports.
• Training customer on equipment operation, maintenance procedures and process related to upkeep of equipment.
• Key Account/Customer Relationship management: Responsible for building and managing key customers as well as building and strengthening customer relations by timely follow up and support to the customers.
• Responsible to maintain TAT as agreed by KTPL.
For Team leader along with above responsibilities:
• Capable of prioritizing and monitoring the job till final closure.
• Be capable of working independently and leading a small team of Engineers and Technicians.
• Capable of identifying the weak area of his team and plan for the improvement of the same.
• Develop presentations and provide training / instruction to engineers in team.
• Capable of providing training to end users on equipment operation, maintenance procedures and process related to upkeep of equipment.


Education and Experience Requirements:

• B.E/B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering/ Medical Electronics/ Electronics & Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication/ Instrumentation.
• Diploma in Electronics engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electrical Engineering.
• Expertise knowledge in repairing, calibration and preventive maintenance of Medical equipment.
• High level of customer focus and good communication skills with pleasing personality.
• Self-motivated and self-directed with ability to create and manage own schedule.
