Target Setting: Setting individual and team sales targets based on organizational goals, market conditions, and sales trends.

Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the performance of the tele sales team, tracking key metrics such as conversion rates, call volume, and revenue generated. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance team performance.

Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities to the tele sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Coaching and Motivation: Providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members to improve their sales skills, overcome challenges, and meet performance objectives. Motivating and incentivizing the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
