Position:
We currently have several positions available that may be an excellent fit for you. We are seeking candidates for the roles of Business Development Manager/ Business Development Executive/Tele - Sales Representative/Field Sales Executive.

  1. Business Development Manager (Team Leader )


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to a team of sales representatives. Set clear performance expectations and motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales targets. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track team and individual performance against sales targets
  • Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through on-going communication and follow-ups.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or business development is preferred









  1. Business Development Executive/ Field Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through various channels and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Result-oriented mind-set with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Preferred candidate who have two wheeler.





  1. Telesales Executive/Telesales Representative


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and engage in persuasive conversations.
  • Identify and qualify leads, presenting our products/services and closing sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Proven experience in telesales or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
