Store Manager

1) Maintaining store neat & clean

2) Everyday conducting gate meeting with the store team about the store projection

3) Cash & stock accounting everyday

4) Maintaining VBS's(Sales promoters) in & out timings & grooming

5) Follow up for affordability payments

6) Dividing store targets with each VBA & following up for the achievements

7) Clearing EOL & focus models

8) Everyday reports to be submitted to HO & Finance team

9) Need to check store guidelines & allocations

10) Every month taking the clearance certificate from the concerns

Preferred candidate profile

1) Disciplined candidate with good written & communication skills

2) Must be from sales background

3) Must have managerial skills & should manage the team & store well
