Job Details
  • Generating business through Open Market Sourcing, Sub-DSA, Connectors and Builders.
  • To identify and add new potential sources in Pune for generating leads.
  • Responsible for meeting the Monthly and Quarterly Disbursement and Revenue targets.
  • Render prompt post-sales service to customers.
  • Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering Business numbers.
  • Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Prior sales experience working in NBFCs/DSAs in Home Loans, loans against property, or business loans.
  • Understanding of income programs, legal and technical of property, and client profiling.
  • Good knowledge of Mortgage/unsecured products and policies of various Banks and NBFCs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Any graduate or equivalent.
