Sales Manager

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our real estate sales team as Sales Associates. This opportunity is open to candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the real estate industry. Roles and Responsibilities

1-Identify potential clients and properties for sale.

2-Build and maintain a network of potential buyers and sellers through various channels, including social media, referrals, and lead generation.

3-Assist clients in their property search by understanding their needs and preferences.

4-Arrange and conduct property showings, providing clients with detailed information about the features and benefits of each property.

5-Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and real estate laws and regulations

Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies

6-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

7-Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of their investment.

8-Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-Minimum 1 year of experience in sales

2-Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

3-Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

4-Self-motivated and target-oriented .
