Job Details

As a sales executive, your responsibility will be to communicate the features of our commercial project in order to complete leasing of the project.

Training on projects and regular review will be undertaken.

Further, the candidate will have to:

* Attend appointments with customers and taking them through the project presentation.

* Coordination with clients and with management.

* Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

* Following up with customers.

* Carrying out pre sales and post sales activities to ensure accomplishment of projected sales (or lease) targets.

* Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

* Customer Relationship Management: Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM database.

* Builder representation.

Preferred candidate profile

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong listening and presentation skills.

* Spontaneous enough to think when put in spot.

* Skills and experience in Customer Service, phone mannerisms.

* Candidate from Real Estate Background would be preferred.

* Candidates residing within 45 minutes travelling distance from Chembur, Mumbai.
