Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.

1. Provide accurate information (Product features , Pricing and after sales services).
2. Answer Customer questions about Specific Products /Services
3. Cross Sales Products
4. Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent Customers Services (especially during peak times)
5. Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
6. Manages financial transactions.
7. Assists with inventory , including receiving and stocking merchandise.
8. Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
9. Updating customer profile records.
10. Provides outstanding customer service.

A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
Logical thinking

Communication Skills good in english and other regional language
