Project manager /Project engineer Plumbing/PHE

Role & responsibilities

1. Daily Meeting with Site Team & Prepare work plan

2. Ensure timely [progress of project

3. Monitor Project installation ,testing and commissioning

4. Arranging necessary project resources such as material ,manpower ,tools and tackles

5. Control wastage of material, stores management and manpower

6. Coordinate with client ,subcontractors, suppliers to progress works

7. Attend review meetings with client, reporting manager

8. submit reports such as DPR /WPR/MPR/Office correspondences /client communications mail communications etc

9. Ensure monthly billing/ invoicing including necessary JMS

10. Ensure costumer delight

11. Any other duties assigned by reporting manager

Preferred candidate profile

Engineering Degree/ Diploma candidate with hands on site experience of Plumbing /PHE works for multi storied residential/ commercial /industrial projects , resourceful , go getter, problem solver . Key words are honesty, discipline, hardworking, sincere, communicative, experienced in fast track projects, technically sound
