Lead Generation Executive// Customer Sales Representative We are looking for CSR / LGE to boost our sales by communicating with customers. Agents should have lead generation strategies that can use to attract potential customers and guide them toward our product. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service we are offering.

  1. Requirements
  • • For Lead Generation: Candidates with Minimum 3-6months of international outbound experience, Salary up to 25k + Incentives
  • • Work experience as a Telesales, Telemarketer, and lead generation or a similar role in the Sales Department.
  • • Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
  • • Great interpersonal skills. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • • Strong organizational skills.
  • • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
  • • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • • Outstanding problem-solving skills.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make calls to customers to explain to them the services provided by our clients and generate potential sales leads.
  • Use a script to provide information to customers regarding the services offered and present their benefits.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer requirements.
  • Persuade the customer to buy service by demonstrating how the service met their needs
  • Record the customer's personal information accurately in the computer system.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
  • Explaining the product and services offered by the company
