Planning Engineer

• To handle multiple projects at a time.
• Ensuring plans meet the clients specification.
• Supervising the project at all stages and providing Solution to problems.
• Preparing Daily Project Reports.
• Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, Site worker and other professionals.
• Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage.
• Preparing the structural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Preparing the Project program using Excel sheet As well as Microsoft project.
• Circulate targets to achieve by circulating three week / Three months schedules and get informed the status.
• Prepare presentations for different meetings viz. Monthly progress review meetings, Weekly progress review meetings, planning and coordination meetings etc.
• Cash flow analysis - month wise as per progress of project
• Preparation of Project Schedule (Tools used: Primavera, MS Project etc.)
• Calculating Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement.
• Conduct more dynamic and integrated Program meetings.
• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate Materials, time and labour costs.
• Preparing Daily Project Reports at Site.
• Plan for budget required for the project and create various budget heads to document and monitor the expenses.
• Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
• Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
• Oversee design progress against schedule and budget.
• Coordinate and monitor status of design incentive.
• Preparation of billing works for clients and subcontractors
