- Maintain health of bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment/ utility/ HVAC and provide a safe working environment.
- Leading the maintenance team members of Bio-process equipment/ Utilities/ HVAC/ Building Maintenance..
- Maintain Life Cycle Management (Planned Maintenance/ Heath Reports/Validation) of equipment/facility and upkeep the facility/equipment for anytime audit inspection.
- Able to read & understand schematics/drawings/develop maintenance & troubleshoot guides
- Support operations by developing operating set points and the appropriate measurement techniques for operators.
- Participate in equipment operations risk assessment & root cause analysis
- Commissioning & Qualification of facility/equipment/utility
- Leading the team and accountable for equipment uptime and KPI's adherence
- Compliance assurance to quality/safety metrics
