productive employer partnership.

Ensuring excellent rapport and relationship with clients.

To identify a standby placement officer

Responsible for New Client tie ups.

Support the Center Manager and Counselor in student selection

Experienced person with relevant experience .

Candidate should be energetic, dedicated , self motivated, aggressive

Tap more opportunities in core companies for students.

Ensure maximum placement of students.

To enhance value placements through better brands coming on campus as recruiter as well as higher salary packages offered students year on year.

Aggressively contact business and industries to develop partnership in placements.

Collaborate and promote career planning services through in class presentations etc.

Groom students before placement session.

Skills Required:

Education qualification- Graduate/ Postgraduate with any specialization.

Ability to identify trends and respond quickly to keep the brand relevant.

Computer skills MS-Office

Prior experience working in IT institution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of work experience in the relevant field.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
