Responsibilities:

The Recruitment Delivery Manager will be responsible for a team of Recruitment Consultants, driving the end-to-end recruitment delivery of external and internal candidates, on behalf of one of SP Software Pvt ltd most prestigious clients.

• Manage, Mentor and Drive the Recruitment Team
• Work with the team and increase their performance, by improving their sourcing skills and motivation
• Technical screening and submission of candidates
• Achieve performance and revenue targets
• Meet submission, closure, and other operations targets
• Team retention, motivation, and training
• Raising the bar of the recruitment team
