Roles and Responsibilities

Job location @ Work from Home, Night Shifts
You will be responsible for sales and marketing efforts of our Indian Food items to our potential customers.
Need to do outbound sales through phone / whatsapp to potential leads (Indian Grocery Store Owners in US)
Need to coordinate Logistic process to US warehouse.
Invoice creation and collection of payment through phone and whatsapp.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any graduate
Excellent spoken and written English
Must be able to work Night Shifts and have good disturbance free work space at home
Candidate should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Support / Voice International Process.
Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
Answer inbound international calls and provide appropriate responses
Reply to inbound customer emails in a professional manner
Freshers / 1-2 Years experience in any Industry.
