About the Job role!

Branch Sales Manager are the face of 360DigiTMG for all our students & parents. We help them understand about the futuristic course and scope of the same.

What will you be doing?

• Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions
• Fix appointments and conduct demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
• Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
• Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
• Learn/ Upgrade ones own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed the performance targets

Who are we looking for?

• Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior
• Are keen to learn and willing to understand the Product knowledge from time to time for better Sales
• Enthusiastic and willing to work with positive mindset and achieve and exceeding business targets
• Have good communication skills in English and Tamil with professional presentation
• Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills
• Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 300,000.00 - 350,000.00 per year
