Your field of responsibility

Your responsibilities include:

  • Within the FX and OTC Operations business, Settlement is a critical function. It consists of products such as OTC, Foreign Exchange, and Money Market.
  • Execute daily processing e.g. Pre-matching, Fails, Confirmation, Settlements, Break Resolution etc.
  • Handholding queries from Front Office/Middle Office/Internal-External Partners is essential
  • Communicate and build partnership with External Clients - crucial part of the role
  • Execute strategic and tactical solutions, expansive of standardization of processes, UAT testing etc. Identify process improvements / efficiency.
  • Execute controls on the day to day processing, Timely escalation on issues/ aged breaks

A typical day for the team is verifying trade economics from Front office system, confirmation/pre-matching, settlement of trades & break resolution.

The function works in a controlled environment, with strict adherence to control checklist, escalation matrix etc.
