Candidate should have Min 3 yrs of experience in US IT recruiting and onboarding who can handle recruiting individually, able to handle the team and have skills as:

01 Working on various job boards and social networking sites.

02 Maintaining Good Relations with Consultants & Vendors.

03 Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.

04 Responsible for the full cycle of Sales, gathering requirements, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.

05 Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews.

06 Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generating daily reports, and updating them.

07 Bench Sales in US IT Recruitment.

08 Marketing H1B Transfer, OPT & CPT.

09 Various tax terms (1099, W2)

10 Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster, Career Builder, Dice, etc.

11 Ability to work on multiple tasks and manage work time efficiently.

12 Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and organize work.
