Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for a gamut of employee life cycle activities as listed below but not limited to

  • Onboarding and orientation: Responsible for joining formalities for new hires
  • Personnel files management: Maintain and keep the employee files up-to-date. Develop a strategy to manage active/inactive files etc.
  • Leave and attendance management: Govern leave and attendance of both employees and contractors as per company policy. Responsible for leave reconciliation and liaise with finance for actuarial evaluation
  • Contractor/ External consultant management
  • Administration of monthly probation, appraisals, new-role confirmations
  • Letters: Responsible for administration of HR letter
  • BGV & ex-employment verifications
  • SOPs: Periodically evaluate the current practices, suggest areas of improvement, and update standard operating procedures
  • HR Policies: Assists management with HR policies and benchmark where required and execute the same
  • HRIS: Take full ownership to maintain the HR database on HRIS, keep it current and leverage its functionalities to provide better services, and automate cyclical tasks and bring about effectiveness in HR processes
  • Automation: Identify areas for automating tasks and work closely with the assigned spoc

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Expertise in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and experience in handling HR systems as an administrator
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
