JOB ROLE: Fresher/IT recruiter/Team Lead

Looking for candidates who are willing to work from Hyderabad Office.

Office Timings: 9:00AM-6:00 PM. For UK Team: 12:00PM to 9:00PM

JOB Description:

We are seeking freshers or experienced and result oriented recruiters/Team Lead/Account Manager

Who has a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills.

What You will Do:

• Ensure a seamless execution of all HR programs and processes within the company.
• Job Description: IT recruiter or Team Lead or Account Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through various sources: Internal Resume Database, Referrals, Internet (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn & Forums).
• Screening profiles and short-listing resumes based on client requirements with respect to the salary offered, experience in the industry, skill sets and assignments to be handled.
• Gathering information about candidates work experience, present and expected compensation, notice period, location/relocation information, work authorization status, availability for the interview, motivation factors etc.
• Collecting feedback from interviewers and informing the candidates on the same.
• Salary Negotiation, Offer release, collecting back papers for Back ground verification BGV (Education and Previous work experience documents).
• Good experience in Bulk Hiring, Volume hiring, Lateral hiring, Fresher hiring , Contract hiring , Contract to hire (C2H) , Contract to Permanent hiring etc .

Desired Candidate Profile

For Freshers Any Graduate or Post graduates with Good Communication Skills.

• From 0 to 10years of experience and for team leads 2+years in Team handling

. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiar and working experience related to recruitment employee life cycle and related HR Recruitment.
