Roles and Responsibilities

  • To provide guidance/advise to HR related issues to all operational units as and when needed- Interact with unit Other business function like finance , quality etc.
  • HR Policy Development and Documentation (HR Manual). Employee Engagement. Learning and Development initiative
  • Responsible to attend association meetings and appraise to management.
  • Manpower Planning & Recruitment ,Employee Relation
  • HR Strategy Planning, HR Automation Advisory Services, Organizational Development ,HRIS Implementation,
  • Employees Benefits - -Safety-Welfare plan.
  • Statutory compliance - under various Laws and all related correspondence with Govt.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Capable enough for Organizational planning and efficiency in Organizational Transformation.
  • Well verse in budgeting of manpower according to business forecast along with the functional heads.
  • Manpower Analysis support for business.
  • Monitoring productivity on periodic basis.
  • Develop risk matrix and social plan for all the customer
  • Human Resource Management Handling recruitment & selection with internal & external sources as per company guidelines and JD shared by the customers
  • HR policies / amendments time to time. Conducting organizational Health Survey & developing action plan to improve grey areas of report.
  • Ensuring Subordinate Development by arranging regular meeting to improve departmental work/environment & daily / monthly interaction and liaising with employees at various forum & Mass communication meetings of different verticals.
  • Preparing the comparison chart for evaluating wages cost & staff welfare expenses for mgmt. review and decision making.
  • Managing appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management.
  • Training & Development: Imparting training/development program as per Training Need Identification for updating employees knowledge & self-improvements. Generating feedback thereof from the concerned department to see whether training so imparted is grasped by Individual or require further training based on competency mapping & need identification..
  • Submitting reports / returns / license renewal, etc. and in time payments of Contract workmen & responsible for Statutory obligations / fulfillment as applicable in our plant as per provision of Industrial Laws.
  • Cost reduction by 10 -20 % through close monitoring and strong negotiation with facility providers by ensuring quality of service.
