Onboarding Associate (Backend)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling daily Assigned Tasks of preparing & classifying the data of new & pre-existing products found while onboarding of the store.
• Compile the data against the new products found during the onboarding process.
• Interacting with the Audit team to ensure all the details are accurate to reflect the product details on the respective panel and other product-related information.
• Assigning Brands & Marketers/Manufacturers to the products found during the onboarding process by the audit team and creating the new brands & marketers/Manufacturers in the database by checking brands credibility.
• Categorizing the products in the relevant categories like FMCG, Grocery & Staples, Household utility, etc.
• Provide & define the necessary information such as HSN codes, GST classification, UOM (Unit of Measurement), Grouping( as per company standards).
• Ensuring the product-related data being published/created in the Companys ERP are correct.
• Maintaining Records of day-to-day work done.
• Able to work in flexible times.
• Able to create end reports of Assigned tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Com & B. Tech guys having relevant experience will be preferred.
• At Least having experience of FMCG Industry and Cataloguing Exposure of 1 year.
• Worked on ERP in earlier firms.
• Having a strong command of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with navigating the internet.
• Should be flexible with field audits, if needed (Travel expenses will be reimbursed)
