Drive the diagnostics business by creating KOL/KBL customer hold from the market and handling of competition and identifying the market dynamics in order to generate annual business of 50-70lacs through customer engagement

Accountabilities

  1. To meet End User and Lab / Hospital Labs, to Ensure the Product Training is done and Kit/Parameter is well trained for Proper Usage
  2. To Help Customers on trouble shooting of kits and parameters
  3. To Support on Programming Kits/ and ensure the products been utilized
  4. To Provide Market intelligence on New Product Launches
  5. To Promote Products with the coordination of Sales team to Gain more market share.
  6. To Prepare KOL list and make them as our Speaker for Product Support and CME
  7. To Ensure CME/Ad board/Virtual connect with Customers and Make Product and Brand visibility
  8. Prepare and Guide HO team for More opt and valid subject to get most crowd attention.
  9. Need to support Sales team to get their Respective Target achieved
  10. Product Positioning with Proper Training to Sales Team and End User
  11. Keeps the KOL/End User Satisfied and ensure Product Utilization and Growth of New Products

Education Qualification

B. Pharm. / B. Sc

Relevant Work Experience

Candidates with 3- 5 yrs. experience in Medical Diagnostics (IVD-Invitro/ Rapid Dx) segment
