Setup Global shared services in HBS for Global Procurement with leading practices and policies e.g. delivery platforms, remuneration strategy, IT enablement, and overall positioning of shared services for Global Procurement within the organizationManage Global Procurement Services Tower to drive improved service, higher quality and lower costsResponsible for integrating and developing processes that meet GBS as well as GP needs.Interact and partner with GP Management to coordinate on strategy, priorities alignment, short and long terms plans, and governance and benchmark relevant KPIs and Service Level Agreement.Ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective services while providing value added information for decision support.Lead collaboration across the matrix, focusing on productivity.Lead GP migration of processes across all stages of transition – knowledge capture, knowledge transfer, go-live/cut-over and scale upDrive successful implementation of work coming into the Hyderabad GBS hub with an emphasis on robust planning, transformation and transparent communication with impacted stakeholdersAccountable of operational services, such as: RFX, Market Intelligence & Research & PR2PO.Oversee workforce planning including development, training, deployment, retention and performanceTrack reporting metrics to consistently measure and report effectiveness around quality, responsiveness, cost and other KPIsDevelop and execute effective continuous improvement initiatives and focus on process standardization, simplification and optimizationDeliver quarterly performance results and action plansEstablish a business services technical & leadership career path, competencies & development plansCreate a Culture of Service Excellence & Continuous ImprovementManage and motivate large teams of Service Delivery and Capability LeadsOrganize weekly/monthly quaryterly reviews for heads of Cluster and Heads of Capability to insure continuous improvement in efficiency, effectiveness and overall integration oif the work with marketsDrive comprehensive change management within Business, emphasizing the need for change and role each individual playsFacilitate smooth transition of processes from retained organization to GBS (future scope could also include other support functions and group companies)On going review of Global Procurement Organization to drive agility and effectiveness

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 15+ years of years of experience in Global Procurement Team Management and Shared Services
  • Bachelors in a Techo-Commercial filed Required; MBA preferred
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
  • Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment
  • Previous experience as a people leader/GM experience is a plus
  • Ability to provide superior customer service
  • Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems
  • Excellent leadership and customer management skills
  • Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan
  • Sharp analytical skill to link strategies and objectives together to develop a plan
