1. **Payroll and Compensation:**

- Overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.

2. **Communication Skills:**

5. **Employee Relieving and Offboarding:**

6. **Manpower Supply:**

- Collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensuring the timely supply of qualified personnel.

- Building a talent pool and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and potential candidates.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong background in payroll management and recruitment.

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
