Job Details

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Understand the need of the patient/visitor regarding enquiry, booking, appointment (COC/SQ) or report delivery.
  • Ensure communication to patient of test preparation, rate, appointment & reporting time.
  • Ensures availability of prescription from patient by efiling and retrieving patient records.
  • Avoid duplicate Patient ID/Doctor ID creation in AX, by making required enquiry.
  • Ensure to collect full test charges against the SR created.
  • Ensure proper document collection for Corporate & Credit customers
  • Ensure proper reconciliation at shift closing with shift in-charge. (Cash/card slips/ UPI/ documents)
  • Take proper handover of image/graph/slide with patient name & SR no.
  • Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
  • Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
