Roles and Responsibilities :

• Gathering Requirements from Hiring Manager/TL daily and should source, screen, Scheduling interviews, follow ups, offer & CTC negotiations.
• Maintain an internal database up to date.
• Taking an appropriate feedbacks from Candidates, must be able to convince to join either C2H or on Permanent basis.
• WoW & monthly meetings to be held, where everyone needs to explain individually.
• 6 day working mode
• This is 6 months contractual job and may be get permanent within 6 months based on performance appraisals.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Must have 1.5 + years experience into IT Recruitment domestic only.
• Naukri/Shine/Linkedin/Etc.. and other job portals experience is must.
• Should have closed DOJs on following skills previously : Java/Dotnet Fullstack, UI, Salesforce, ROR, angular, react, node, coupa, SAP, etc..
• non IT, US/UK and other experiences cant be considered.
• Kindly apply those who are ready to work from office(Kondapur,Hyderabad) only, where 4 days are from office and remaining 2 days are Work from home.
• Only Female Recruiters required.
