Roles and Responsibilities The experienced medical summarizer is responsible for accurate summarization of medical records pertaining to U.S. Healthcare industry. He is expected to understand and interpret various medical records that include chart notes, office visits, consultations, labs, diagnostic studies, independent examinations, peer reviews and pre-authorization records. The summarizer is expected to summarize medico-legal documents like first report of injury, worker's comp claim form, depositions, recorded statements, stipulations, C&R records etc.

Desired Candidate Profile The experienced medical summarizer should have excellent typing skills, English language (written and spoken), medical knowledge. The candidate should have experience of medical record summarization.
