Roles and Responsibilities

Cold Calls and creating online + offline candidates database for a Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. company which is in Hospitality Recruitment in India and International.

Calling and Counselling Candidates, Inbound calls as well as outbound calls for a Hospitality Education and Training Organisation which is under the Organisation.

Giving complete Information of courses online + offline.

Administering of Database and creating new avenues for business.

Target Achievement and Salesmanship skills needed.

HR Recruitment experience will also be preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideally from CBD Belapur - Navi Mumbai, Bandra East - Mumbai or Khopoli / Khalapur / Rasayani / Karjat

Preferance will be given to those who have done Hotel Management, Tourism Management or Hospitality management studies.

Ideally few years of selling experience is needed or Marketing, Sales and Business Development experience with Target sales.

Male or Female - Freshers who are ready to learn can also apply

Perks and Benefits

Open for Negotiation starting from 12,000 to 20,000 + Incentives equivalent to the salary.
