Key Accountabilities:

*Designing dynamic and innovative marketing / sales strategies for clients
* Using a combination of BTL and ATL activities to enhance the market capitalization of these organizations
* Involves leading and Managing a team of 30 candidates working in various functions of management
* Interacting with new prospective blue chip companies and closing deals.
* Create high Brand Recall among Target Groups to increase Sales
* Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships
* Execute the Below the Line (BTL) activities to create awareness
* Training and developing new candidates

Strong business Intelligence and corporate Knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dynamic & Hardworking
Someone who can cope up with fast based working environment

Basic Requirements

Any Graduate
Any Postgraduate

Should have 0 to 2 years of experience in Any stream
