Job Description: HR Generalist - BFSI Recruitment (Hiring Consultancy)

Position Overview:
The HR Generalist - BFSI Recruitment plays a critical role in our hiring consultancy firm, focusing on the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This professional is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and supporting clients' hiring needs in the BFSI industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
2. Client Relationship Management.
3. Compliance and Documentation.
4. Employer Branding and Market Research.
5. Administering compensation and benefit plans.
6. Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
7. Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on BFSI recruitment in a hiring consultancy or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and industry-specific hiring requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other HR tools.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
• Professional and ethical approach to handling confidential information.
