Principal Duties/Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and assess carrier/broker documentation along with all other relevant documents for accuracy & raise insurance billing requests for NAC.
- Liaise with Client Managers (Retail offices) for issues and resolve discrepancies related to policy details & billing requests.
- Follow SOPs, Client/Carrier specifications and adherence of all statutory requirements.
- Timely and effective responses to all queries, requests, corrections, etc. received from field offices / Service centers.
- Develop a sound understanding of the Policy maintenance processes along with the related upstream and downstream processes.
- Maintain Quality and Turnaround standards along with all relevant process KPI’s.
- Participate and contribute to potential process improvement areas.
- Ensure ongoing, effective relationships with stakeholders (Internal/external).
- Ensure all statutory and company procedures are followed to protect clients, colleagues, and the business interests of the company.
