As the Agency Development Manager, you will act as the Google Customer Solutions representative for your respective set of agencies. You will focus on building up long-term relationships with our partners and their clients, and drive scalable product adoption and business growth. In this role, you will be focused on empowering the small and medium-sized businesses with Google Ads advertising solutions and other Google technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Account Strategists to consistently deliver against assigned quarterly goals on existing and new businesses, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding sales experience to Google's managed agencies and clients.
  • Own client relationships for key accounts managed by the agency, and interact with stakeholders.
  • Synchronize agency plans with the team and internal cross-functional teams to further grow the business.
  • Work with agencies and clients to grow accounts and Google share of business.
  • Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at agencies and be responsible for driving business, long-term commitments (Joint Business Plans), business planning, review, and training.
