Roles and Responsibilities

1. GST Return Filing and Coordination with GST Chartered Accountant.

2. ESIC & PF Filing and Online Payment

3. Any statutory related financial work will be responsibility of said person.

4. P & L , Balance Sheet finalization with Company Chief Accountant, Directors and Chartered Accountant.

5. Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.

6. General accounting, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, managing accounts payable process, compiling documents for statutory filings,

7. Liasoning with Govt. Depts for completion of Assessment of previous years

8. Candidate will be involved in book-keeping, invoicing , payment reco and coordination of business actitvity for e-Commerce business of the company.

9. Will be part of accounts team for preparation of Salary , bonus preparation etc

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidate should be ready to join immediately and should be Ahmedabad based only.

2.Candidate should be atleast Commerce Graduate or Tally Expert

3. Candidate should be ready to commit for a minimum period of 3 years

4. Candidate with experience of minimum 3 years of Tally ERP-9 which includes manual

Vouching, Billing, Debit / Credit Entries, Cash Book, Ledgers, Bank Reconciliation, Income Tax, GST, VAT, Central Excise, Service Tax, PF, ESIC, Insurance and e-filing of their returns, Wages, Gratuity, Bonus, Trading, P and L, Balance Sheet, Inventory etc in a manufacturing unit independently.

5. Knowledge of Tally ERP 9.0 is must with sufficient knowledge in the fields of TDS, GST, Income Tax , Balance Sheet Finalization, Invoicing and Collection

6. Candidate should be enthusiastic and ready to grow along with company.

7. Candidate with manufacturing sector experience will be preferred

8. Candidate should be comfortable to communicate in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
