JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with the Ad sales teams to meet the Ad sales target for the fiscal through regular & Impact deal construct & optimization
• Formulate pricing strategies to drive monetization on Niche portfolio
• Scenario building and modelling for estimating and planning revenues in the long term.
• Competitive analysis across genres/ markets to hunt new clients and creating pitches & packages to drive market expansion

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Achieve set quarterly and revenue targets of assigned regions with targets on pricing and fills
• Achieve set targets on client expansion
• Provide quantifiable inputs which influences favorable decision making by clients and shapes direction of business strategy
• Identifying and highlighting opportunities to channel heads and region heads in the branch
• Assist in the achievement of assigned impact and regular targets across channels within the specified time frame
• Strong internal and external relations

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum Qualification: MBA or equivalent
• MBA in Sales and Marketing

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Knowledge of Microsoft excel, Microsoft power point
• Excellent quantitative aptitude and analytical mindset
