Roles and Responsibilities
- Chiller plants Operation and Maintenance Split and window AC fixing and servicing.
- Fan coil unit servicing. Servicing, repairing & Maintenance of AHU.
- Checking and servicing of Refrigerator monitor Servicing packaging unit Maintaining records for preventive measures.
- Cleaning of chiller plants, pumps.
- Keeping AC room neat and clean HEPA filter testing and maintenance
- Checking the duct and through for fungal sediments and cleaning.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
