Requirements:

For Freshers:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and recruitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

For Experienced Professionals:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other portals.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
