- Handle student calls & walk-ins.
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
- Maintain appropriate student records in the enrollment system.
- Being accessible and available to students to respond to their queries, questions, and concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Should be comfortable to make calls on an everyday basis.
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
- Key Skills:
