Work location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Start Date - Immediate (On-Site)

Timings: Night Shifts (EST Time zone i.e., 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

OPT Recruiter Responsibilities

  • 1-3 years of Experience in hiring OPT/ H1B candidates from Job portals, Universities, networks, Social Networking sites, and other sources.
  • The candidate should be able to perform the following tasks onsite during the night shift
    Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B and EADs
  • Must have good knowledge of US Tax Terms: C2C, 1099, W2
  • Good command in verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills

US Payroll Account Assistant

  • 3-5 years proven US Payroll experience
  • Keeping track of time-sheets and invoice terms, Payment terms.
  • Should be a PRO in Excel.
  • Required in India to help with Accounts Receivable tasks as well as some project administrative duties.
  • This unique position is kind of a hybrid role candidate we are looking for will work mostly on AR and Accounting tasks, however, there are other responsibilities such as PO request submission on client portal and Purchase Order management where he/she has to act as a liaison between Accounting and Operation department.
  • Accurate & timely completion of Payroll Processes for US clients - Weekly, Bi-weekly, Semi-Monthly pay periods as per pay hours.
  • Creation & verification of new hires, entry of exits/terminations.
  • Maintain compliance with existing US tax laws.
  • Preparation of Timesheet Follow-up tracker, client wise and dropping follow-up email.
  • Preparation of audit details & documents, client wise and sharing the same to the team.
  • Other duties assigned by the Manager
