Experience in US recruitment's.

Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire,

Permanent) and terminology (Employment Status, Time Zones etc.).

Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ techniques (W2/Corp-to-

Corp/ H1 Transfers) and various IT technologies.

Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Hot jobs,

Linked In, Google, and Free Job Sites etc. to source IT candidates.

Strong Communication skills (Written & Verbal) with excellent Telephonic

Etiquette.

Flexible and positive attitude.

Proven ability to work in a deadline driven and dynamic environment.

Enthusiastic personality with good energy levels.

Willing to work in US timings (own transportation).
